Meet Sandra Justice, the Visionary Behind Miss Choucoune International and Its Global Cultural Mission

Meet Sandra Justice, the Founder and Executive Producer of Miss Choucoune International, a cultural pageant and leadership platform dedicated to celebrating Haitian women through heritage, beauty, intelligence, education, leadership and service.

A former Miss Haiti, award-winning actress, executive producer and entrepreneur, Sandra has built a career spanning entertainment, pageantry, cultural advocacy and women’s empowerment.

Through Miss Choucoune International, she has worked to create a platform where Haitian women can represent more than beauty, highlighting their connection to culture, community and leadership. In 2026, the organization expanded its international presence through a cultural mission to Burkina Faso following an invitation from the country’s Ministry of Culture.

Sandra is also the creator of Queen of the Islands, an international initiative designed to connect women and cultures from island nations and territories around the world through pageantry, tourism, entrepreneurship and cultural exchange.

Rooted in her Haitian heritage, Sandra continues to use her work to promote Haitian culture, expand representation and create opportunities for women on an international stage.
