Marie Kemlyne Lestalie Felix shines in Haitian designer’s gown at World Designer Award

“A beautiful creation that made me feel confident, graceful, and truly myself.”

That’s how Miss World Haiti 2026 Marie Kemlyne Lestalie Felix described the gown by designer Isidore Alix Cledanor that she wore representing Haiti in the World Designer Award round at the 75th Miss World pageant, held this week in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

The mermaid-style evening gown, crafted in champagne-gold satin, features an off-the-shoulder neckline with a crossed drape, a structured corseted bodice, and diagonal draping at the waist and hips, flowing into a fitted skirt with a long train. Felix shared photos of the look on Instagram, thanking the design house Cia collection for collaborating with her on the piece for Miss World, calling it an honor to have their support on the journey.

The World Designer Award round, held August 28 in Nha Trang, has each of Miss World’s national ambassadors model a design representing their own country, separate from the pageant’s Top Model competition, according to the Miss World Organization. A winner in the category has not yet been announced.

Marie Kemlyne Lestalie Felix, 25, was crowned Miss World Haiti 2026 on June 7 through a national final announced by organizers via social media. She holds a degree in marketing and public relations and is competing at the 75th Miss World, held August 9 to September 5 in Vietnam.

Miss World will crown its new titleholder September 5 during a global broadcast from Nha Trang.
